Purchases made in our online store are sent based on the shipping method you have chosen during the checkout process in Greece and abroad.

Deliveries of orders in Greece and abroad are made
- Through the cooperating courier companies.

Shipping time
All orders are sent by our company on the next working day from the day you place your order and in any case after the confirmation of your payment except in the case of cash on delivery. The delivery of your order is made in 1-3 days by the courier company. For areas classified as “inaccessible” by the courier company, this time may vary.
Deliveries of the products that have been customised will be carried out according to the schedule of their production, so the time of their shipment may be extended, in any case, in any case there will be a relevant information to your e-mail address after consultation with the store.
Please make sure that the address you have entered is correct, as it will be impossible to correct it after sending your order. In a period of discounts or offers or special circumstances of force majeure the time limits for receipt may be longer than estimated.
Sending Gifts
All shipments are accompanied by the corresponding legal document. In case you want to send a shipment as a gift, you should in the field “Comments” note the word “Gift”, in order to accompany it only with a Consignment Note. All our shipments are in free gift wrapping.
Shipping Cost
Orders exceeding the amount of 100 €, are sent free of charge within Greece.
For orders under 100 € within Greece the cost of shipping is 5 €.
For orders outside Greece the cost of shipping is 25€ and for orders over 200 € outside Greece the orders are sent free of charge.
Taxes
Prices include VAT 24% in accordance with Greek law.
Reservation
The company reserves the right to:
- not to process the order if it considers that the information given to it is untrue.
- to modify the prices of its products, without affecting the prices of products already under delivery.
- Modify the terms and charges of shipments at any time.
It should be noted that there may be some deviation of the appearance of the product from the display of it digitally in our online store.
