Return & Refund Policy


According to the E.U consumer rules, you have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 calendar days and request either their replacement (only after consultation with the store), or their refund. The 14-day deadline starts from the day of receipt of the products. After 14 calendar days from the receipt of the shipment you lose your right to withdraw.

The return process is simple and is done by following these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at, by writing your full name and your order number, and if you wish to replace or refund your money. Within 2 working days you will receive a reply email with the instructions for returning the product through the courier service.
  2. Return the product to the condition sent by AZALIA JEWELS, complete, without damage and with the packaging that accompanied the product, in excellent condition, using the service of the cooperating courier company (which will be indicated in the above relevant reply email) with a charge of 5 € within Greece and 15 € outside Greece. This amount will be kept from your change or refund and therefore will not have to be paid to the shipping company  Company. In case you choose to use any other transport company of your choice, you will be charged in full with the cost of the transport services which you will pay to the shipping company you choose at the time of sending the package. Your package inside should contain a. the product you are returning b. all the documents that accompanied the product during its shipment (retail receipt,  invoice, etc.).


In case you do not wish to be replaced with a new product, the refund process is done within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return at our headquarters and is extremely simple:

It applies to:

  • All orders made from Greece.
  • For all countries abroad.

Initially, for the process of returning the product you are required to follow the above mentioned 2 steps

The refund is made to the original payment instrument, unless during the purchase you chose cash on delivery as your payment method. The refund in this case will be made via deposit to the customer’s bank account.

It is a prerequisite that the customer informs via email at about his/her account number (IBAN), the bank in which he/she holds the account and the name of the beneficiary as it is written on the booklet.

We remind you that:

  • In the event that a defect  is found during the quality control in the returned product, its packaging or documents, the company must return the package back to the consumer or contact the consumer to resolve the issue.

Returns to Seasonal Items (Charms, Easter items, etc.), to products customised, and items bearing obvious signs of use are not accepted.

To make a change with another product through our online store, please contact the store by phone or e-mail and we will contact you to serve you directly.

In any case you can make your change at the AZALIA JEWELS store  having with you the product and the proof of purchase, we will be glad to serve you in person.
