All orders are delivered using the shipping methods provided by this website. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over €250. You will receive a confirmation email from our website as soon as you have placed your order. You will then be notified via e-mail to your registered e-mail address when your order has been dispatched with tracking information for your package. If an order is placed on national holidays or weekends, it will be processed on the following working day.
ELEKON GOLD O.E (AZALIA JEWELS) makes every effort to dispatch items within 10 working days, however we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
All our prices include the European VAT. All orders with shipping address located outside the EU are exempt from this tax and your tax discount will be calculated automatically at checkout.
All our products are shipped from Greece. If you place an order and the shipping address provided is located outside the EU, then please keep in mind that import duties and taxes may be incurred by the local custom office upon the package’s arrival at the airport. We cannot determine beforehand what these duties will entail for each territory. For further information please contact your local tax authority.

We ship Worldwide. Please note that we cannot make deliveries to P.O. boxes.
Returns
GENERAL TERMS
You have the right to return any products purchased within 14 working days and request their exchange or refund. After 14 working days from the day the product has been received by the user, no right of return can be granted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the safety seal attached and intact. The packaging must be the one used for the delivery of the goods and in perfect condition, accompanied by all documents of shipment (Document of Transport, Receipt etc.). Returns which do not cover the above conditions Will Not be Accepted, and will be returned to the client at his cost.
Returns Will Not be Accepted of seasonal products (New Year’s Charms, Easter products etc.), of products specifically customized for the clients, and products which physically show signs of use.
We do not accept returns for refunds on pieces that are made-to-order. In some cases, we may agree to exchange it for another item. If the piece you ordered is not available in immediate stock, then we will notify you by email that it will need to be made-to-order and await confirmation before proceeding with producing your piece. If we receive confirmation that you would like to proceed with the order, then production will commence, alternatively a full refund will be applied automatically to your credit card or original method of payment.
In case you ask for a change of a product and the product to be changed is of a lower value than the one of the original order, the monetary difference will not refunded but will be credited to your name for future purchases.
We offer Free Worldwide shipping on all orders; however, customers are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.
Contact us through email at sales@azalia.gr , including your full name, your order number, briefly explaining the reason of the return and whether you would like to receive a replacement or a refund.
If you would like us to schedule the return for you, then please send us an email to sales@azalia.gr quoting your order number and we will send you a quote for returning your item(s) and this amount will be deducted from your refund (usually between €25-€50 depending on your territory) *
If you choose to return the item using another shipping method, we propose using a trackable shipping service like DHL or FedEx or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the return of funds will be executed within 14 working days for the receipt of the return by the company.
The return of funds will be executed through the same manner of the initial payment of the purchase, unless your original payment was CASH ON DELIVERY. The return of funds in such a case will be made through Bank Transfer, to a bank account of the client.
It is absolutely necessary that the client provides through email at sales@azalia.gr the IBAN of his bank account, the bank where this account is held, the name of the accounts beneficiary as it appears in his bank statement. For reasons of security, the beneficiary or the co-beneficiary of the account must be the same person as the one appearing on the purchase receipt.
Purchases made as gifts can be exchanged with other products and will not be refunded in cash.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale & Discount items
Only regular priced items may be returned / refunded. We do not accept returns on items that are discounted or on sale.
Exchanges
