The following terms and conditions will apply to the use of the online store under the trademark AZALIA JEWELS (https://www.azalia.gr)  Users who enter and/ or make use of the services of the e-shop are considered to consent and accept unconditionally the following terms, without exception. If a user does not agree with these  terms, then he/she must, under his/her responsibility, refrain from visiting, using the website as well as from any transaction or use of the services of the e-shop. For this reason, we encourage you, before entering our online store and browsing, to consult the following terms and conditions, which apply specifically to the use of our online store. Make sure that you agree to the following terms and conditions because your re-use and browsing implies your explicit and unconditional consent to them.

• azalia.gr reserves the right to modify or revise freely the terms and conditions of use and transactions by the online store, whenever it deems it necessary, and undertakes the obligation to inform consumers of any change, through the pages of this e-shop.
• azalia.gr is committed to the accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the information listed in the online store, regarding the identity of the company as well as the transactions provided through the online store.
• Azalia.gr, in the context of good faith, is not responsible and is not bound by electronic data entries that were made by error / inadvertently in the common experience and is entitled to correct them whenever it becomes aware of their existence.
• Azalia.gr has the right to change the prices of the products as well as the percentages of discounts on the original prices, at any time, without prior notice. The relevant information of consumers for any change is made through the pages of this e-shop.
• Azalia.gr has the right to postpone or not to execute an order, either due to lack of inventory, or for other reasons related to inability to execute. In any case, the customer is immediately informed and reserves the right to cancel his order and refund any money he may have paid.
•  azalia.gr welcomes the evaluation of its products and services, as it is an important factor for their continuous improvement. However, azalia.gr unilaterally reserves the right not to publish malicious reviews and reviews that are not valid.
• The entrance to third party websites, through referrals of azalia.gr, is the responsibility of the user. Our company does not control the terms of use and the content of other websites and therefore cannot be held responsible for any damage or harm to the user.
•  Azalia.gr makes every effort to ensure that the photographs of the offered items reflect reality. However, it is not responsible if the item taken is far from the one depicted, as this may be due to the user’s system.

Risk transfer

In contracts where the supplier sends the goods to the consumer, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall be transferred to the consumer where he or a third party designated in this respect by the consumer and other than the carrier has acquired physical possession of the goods. However, the risk is transferred to the consumer upon delivery to the carrier if the carrier has been ordered by the consumer to transport the goods and this option was not offered by the supplier, without prejudice to the consumer’s rights vis-à-vis the carrier.

User Liability

The user / customer agrees and undertakes to use the services, information and data of the e-shop as the law provides and based on the rules of good faith and business ethics. It is obliged not to use the online store under the trademark AZALIA JEWELS for: 1. sending, publishing, sending by e-mail or otherwise transmitting any content that is illegal for any reason, causes illegal insult and harm to the company or any third party or violates the confidentiality or confidentiality of information of any person 2.  publication, e-mail or transmission in other ways of any content that causes an insult to moral users, social values, minors, etc. 3. sending, publishing, sending by e-mail or otherwise transmitting any content for which users are not entitled to transmit in accordance with the law or contracts in force (such as internal information, proprietary and confidential information acquired or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements), 4. sending, publishing, sending by e-mail or otherwise transmitting any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of third parties of any kind, 5; sending, publishing, sending by e-mail or otherwise transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or equip the operation of any computer software or hardware, 6. deliberate or unintentional violation of applicable law or provisions, 7. harassment of third parties in any way, 8. collecting or storing personal data about other users.

Intellectual property rights

The entire content of the e-shop, including distinctive titles, marks, images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, etc. constitute the intellectual property of azalia.gr and are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. Any copying, transfer or creation of derivative work based on this content or misleading the public about the  real provider of the e-shop. The reproduction, republication, uploading, announcement, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the content or photographs in any way or means for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with the prior written consent of azalia.gr or any other copyright holder. The names, images, logos and distinctive features listed and describing the online store under the trademark azalia .gr or the products or services of azalia.gr or third parties, are assets of azalia.gr or third parties respectively, protected by the relevant laws on trademarks. Their use in the online store does not provide in any case a license or right to use them by third parties.

Force majeure

If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time we will inform you via e-mail, in order to indicate to us if you wish, under these circumstances, the completion of your order. azalia.gr bears no responsibility for any situation that is out of its own fault and will do everything humanly possible for your best service.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For any dispute arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website, greek law is applicable and the Courts of Athens are exclusively competent.
